The 2nd Generation Axpert MKS-II combines the functions of an Inverter/Charger for grid backup with a 80A MPPT Solar Charge Controller for PV generation into one wall-mount 11kg enclosure. With a Power Factor of 1, it’s 5kVA rating provides 5kW of Pure Sine Wave continuous output (10kW surge rating). And it’s 80A (4kW) AC charging rate is ideal for grid-backup as it can rapidly charge batteries, particularly Solarquick’s Pylon range. And it’s wide AC input voltage is compatible with a generator on a change-over switch so the backup genset can be used to charge batteries. Parallel Kit (cables) included; Scalable Capacity, Single or Three Phase.
