CANCELLATION POLICY
- Customer can cancel orders before payment.
- Orders cancelled after payment but before delivery will attract a 10% restocking fee.
- Orders cancelled after payment and after delivery but before installation will attract a 20% restocking fee plus transportation charges.
- No cancellation is allowed after installation under any circumstances.
RETURN POLICY:
Goods can be returned 1 – 3 days in its original saleable form and condition as purchased for a full refund if and only the goods has be detected faulty by our Engineering team.
Goods returned after 3 days of purchase in its original saleable form and condition only can be returned for EXCHANGE only for goods of same value. No refund will be given for any goods returned in unopened boxes after 3 days.
Used goods that have been tampered with cannot be Returned or Exchanged. There is no Exchange, Return or Refund for all used Products
